SAMPLING
Clothing samples are one-off products sent from a manufacturer to a designer. They represent the size, look and quality of products you'd receive in a full order. Samples are essential before producing any clothing in large quantities.
MANUFACTURING ACCESSORIES
Accessories that are worn may include jackets, boots and shoes, cravats, ties, hats, bonnets, belts and suspenders, gloves, muffs, necklaces, bracelets, watches, eyewear, sashes, shawls, scarves, lanyards, socks, pins, piercings, rings, and stockings.
PRINT AND SUBLIMATION
Sublimation shirt printing is a specific process of printing that first involves printing onto a special sheet of paper, then transferring that image onto another material (usually polyester or a polyester mix). The ink is then heated until it disintegrates into the fabric.

CUTTING
Our cutting facility utilises state-of-the-art Gerber Garment machinery for precision processing with the capacity to cut 8000 garments per day.
Embroidery
There is no universal way of classifying embroidery, as different cultures use different terms to describe stitches and techniques. This guide introduces some of the most common embroidery styles found in our collections, divided into three main types: counted-thread, freestyle and whitework.
Ready for induction
Strict inspections & quality control mechanisms are followed to ensure quality and safety. Hand press machines and vacuum tables help create quality finishes to our garments supported by an efficient process.
STITCHING
Our sewing facility consists of 11 stitching lines equipped with modern machinery from brands such as Singer, Juki and Mitsubishi. This business unit employs more than 500 people with equal opportunity for males and females.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control of finished garments is an inspection before the merchendise are shipped to the customer and is done when at least 80% of the order has been packed for shipping. This process helps to detect any defects and reduces the risk of complaints from customers.
PRESSING
A pressing cloth will be one of the cheapest and most used items in your pressing tool kit. It protects your fabric by preventing sheen, protecting against scorching and melting and protects your iron against fabric melting and sticking to the sole plate or poor quality printing transferring to your iron.
PACKING
Rolling your clothes in your suitcase will generally save space. This is because it squeezes air from between folds and means the most of available space is used. If done correctly, rolling can also ensure less wrinkles in your clothes
